The Northgate G. J. Gardner Homes franchise is owned by Wayne Intermill. He got into the custom home business in 1996, when he decided that he wanted his own custom home. His solution was to get a contractor's license and build it. Since then, he has developed his reputation as a great builder, winning awards in the 2009 and 2010 Parade of Homes.

At G.J. Gardner Homes in Northgate, we are here to help you build your dream house. We can start with one of our award-winning designs, your own design, or another custom design that you bring to the table. From there, we will provide you with a fixed price contract with no hidden extras. We pride ourselves on building quality homes that are finished on time and within the budget.
